There is a discussion board on this website where you can post messages to and read messages from other young carers.

To use the discussion board you need to:

1. Sign up by filling in the online form click here
2. You will be sent a confirmation email. You need to click on the link in the email to sign up
3. You need to go to the homepage of this website & enter your username and password in the members  log in box
4.  You can read messages in different forums and post a message by clicking 'post reply'
